Net radio fans, don't surrender your headphones just yet.
Two congressmen, one Don Manzullo, a Rockford Republican, proposed a bill last week that would reverse the decision of the Copyright Royalty Board to triple the royalty fees Internet radio broadcasters pay.
Small broadcasters, such as Chicago's AccuRadio, say those higher fees would shut them down.
