Welsh shoppers have been accused of ignoring the credit crunch and developing a debt mindset as figures out today predict they will splurge not save this Christmas.
Consumer debt has almost doubled within seven years, with each adult now owing an average pounds 33,000 compared to pounds 17,000 in 2000, new research shows. And less is being paid back that at any time since the millennium.
