Yo, teens: Forget OK! mag -- being young and preggers is not chic

She graced a July cover of OK! magazine, but this time, she wasn't wearing her signature micro-mini and Uggs. Covering her blond highlights were deliberate streaks of gray. And instead of a Frappuccino, 17-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears was carrying her newborn, Maddie.

The headline: "Being a mom is the best feeling in the world!"

Wow, she makes it sound cool. At least to the legions of tweens who watched her school-based Nickelodeon show "Zoey 101." But like so many images of teen motherhood in pop culture, it's unrealistic. And it's disturbing ...
