iRobot Receives Additional Army Order Worth $2.1 Million.

iRobot Corp. (Nasdaq: IRBT) announced it has received a $2.1 million order for spare parts and repairs from the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), on behalf of the Robotic Systems Joint Project Office in Warren, MI.

This is the first order under the company's recently announced Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under which the Army can order up to $200 million in military robots, spare parts, training and repair services over the next five years.
