Jun. 8--Spitzer is looking favorably on Bloomy's anti-traffic plan.
Gov. Spitzer voiced strong support yesterday for Mayor Bloomberg's plan to charge motorists to enter parts of Manhattan, pledging the two leaders will "work together to make this happen" in time to qualify for millions in federal aid.
