On behalf of Eurohypo AG, New York Branch, and Abu Dhabi International Bank, Inc., IVI Due Diligence Services, Inc. was retained to conduct a Property Condition Survey and Environmental Site Assessment on The Chrysler Building in New York City (see also IVI Due Diligence Services, Inc.).

The Chrysler Building is approximately 78 years old and consists of 1,191,721 SFR and 77-stories. The building is an Art Deco skyscraper designed by architect William Van Alen for Walter Chrysler to house the Chrysler Automobile ...
