A rocket fires from Gaza on Sept 3 morning lands in an empty courtyard between a kindergarten and a school in the Israeli border town of Sderot, according to police officials there. The near-miss prompted calls from parents to close down the city's schools and a stern warning from PM Ehud Olmert. Nobody was wounded in the rocket attack, but five people were treated for trauma, the police officials said.
