WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama is breaking bread in Washington with two women who won a fundraising contest to help Democratic Senate candidates.

The prize is dinner with Obama. The Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee identified the winners as Hannah Banks, an architect from the Boston area, and Andrea Abrahams, a court clerk from New York. Each was allowed to bring a guest.

Obama joined the dinner party Wednesday at Joe's seafood, steak and stone crab restaurant, a block from the White House.

Obama left for Chicago after dinner.

He is scheduled to campaign there Thursday for Illinois Gov. Pat Quinn and give an economic speech at Northwestern University before returning to Washington.
