CHASKA, Minn. (AP) — Attorneys are tackling the complicated job of dividing up Prince's estate.

The first hearing is scheduled Monday in probate court in Carver County in suburban Minneapolis. Prince's full sister, Tyka (TY'-kuh) Nelson, filed papers last week saying Prince had no known will. That means under Minnesota law his estate would be divided among his surviving siblings.

Prince made hundreds of millions of dollars for record companies, concert venues and others, and he owned about $27 million in property in Minnesota.

The "Purple Rain" star was found dead at his home on April 21. A law enforcement official has told The Associated Press that investigators are looking into whether Prince died from an overdose and whether a doctor was prescribing him drugs in the weeks beforehand.
