SARASOTA, Fla. (AP) — Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump has boasted about his high standing in polls, slammed super PACS as "a scam" and dismissed rivals Sen. Marco Rubio and former Gov. Jeb Bush at a campaign stop in their home state of Florida.

Thousands jammed into the Robarts Arena in Sarasota, Florida, to hear the billionaire celebrity speak at a raucous rally on Saturday afternoon.

He says he's "killing everybody" in polls taken nationally and in the early voting states of Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina.

He says super PACS are "a scam" because millions of dollars raised go to high-priced consultants and advisers, and make candidates beholden to big donors.

Trump criticizes Rubio as "weak" on immigration and says he doesn't even talk about Bush anymore because of his low energy.
