PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. (AP) — Tiger Woods has withdrawn from the Honda Classic after playing 13 holes in the final round.

There was no immediate explanation why Woods stopped playing Sunday. He was well out of contention.

This is the second straight year the No. 1 player in the world didn't finish the Honda Classic. A year ago, it was Rory McIlroy who walked off the course in the middle of the second round.
