Oregon congressman returns to work after contracting H1N1 virus

Oregon congressman back to work after H1N1 virus

Oregon Rep. Greg Walden is back at work after missing several days last week with a likely case of swine flu.

Walden, a Republican, was out for four days last week.

His spokesman, Andrew Whelan, says Walden at first thought he had a cold, but then was diagnosed with a likely case of H1N1, also known as swine flu. Whelan says Walden's doctor gave him permission to go back to work.

Walden cast votes on the House floor Monday night.
