Phil Mickelson dropped a 20-foot eagle putt on the 13th hole to vault into a tie for the lead at the Masters.

Mickelson, in search of his fourth green jacket, made nine straight pars to start his third round Saturday, then played the first four holes of the back in 4 under.

He was at 6 under for the tournament, tied with Matt Kuchar and Louis Oosthuizen and a shot ahead of Peter Hanson.
