Federal authorities grilled passengers and crew from a Thai Airways flight from Bangkok to Los Angeles where a bomb threat was written on a bathroom mirror. Flight 794 was grounded at LAX after landing last night and taken to a remote area of the airport where 171 passengers were safely evacuated, reports AP. The note, in poorly worded English, said there was a bomb on the plane, said officials. No evidence of a bomb was found, and all passengers and crew were released after questioning.

"This must have caused some nuisance to the passengers," said airline president Piyasvasti Amranand. "It sounds like it was done by a crazy person." (More LAX stories.)
