(NEWSER) - If the employees on 30 Rock were real, they’d be in serious trouble. The NBC show is the biggest offender when it comes to depicting ethical violations in the workplace, CNN reports. Incidents like Alec Baldwin’s character referring to a “chick lawyer” who’s “asking for it” helped the show to rack up an average of 11 violations per episode. Next up: Grey’s Anatomy with seven (one character shares medical info with someone not qualified to receive it), and House and CSI with six each, thanks to jokes about rectal exams, among other things. Doctor he shot earlier will survive

(NEWSER) - The gunman who stormed a Johns Hopkins Hospital building today, critically wounding a doctor, has killed himself and his mother, sources tell the Baltimore Sun. The man had barricaded himself in a room on the eighth floor as Baltimore police swarmed and began locking down the area. "I started running," said one nurse. "When you hear gunshots you run." Nope, not Kate Gosselin; ex-astronaut Buzz Aldrin gets boot

(AP) - Buzz Aldrin walked on the moon, but he won't be spending any more time on the dance floor. The 80-year-old astronaut was eliminated tonight from ABC's Dancing With the Stars. Aldrin and his professional partner, Ashly Costa, consistently finished in last place during the ABC show's three weeks of competition. He earned just 13 points out of 30 for his waltz on Monday's episode. More»
