Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert have generated lots of buzz for their DC rallies on October 30 (see video here), but the National Park Service doesn't want anyone to get too excited just yet: The permit has yet to be approved. The agency "is neither saying that it will happen nor are we saying that it won't happen," an official tells CBS. "All that has happened is that three organizations that represent Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert have applied for a permit to hold a rally." That request, by the way, predicts a crowd of 25,000 people. Stay tuned.
