(Newser) – As love letters go, Andrew Cuomo's probably gotten better: Tea Partier Carl Paladino, recent upset winner of the GOP's gubernatorial nod, took the gloves off to write New York's attorney general a scathing note in which he invited "Dear Andrew" to "for the first time in your life be a man." Cuomo lacks "the cojones" to "face me and the other candidates in open debate," the letter continues, according to the New York Post.

Furthermore, Cuomo might pretty-please consider not hiding “behind daddy's coattails even though he pulled strings to advance your career every step of your way." As for aforementioned daddy: Mario was “a governor who left our state economy in a wreck.” No response from dear Andrew's camp.

22 comments below and only one person pointing out that candidates should debate. Either this site is extremely biased to the left or the one party system has taken over and I've missed it.

Tea bag philosophy. If you've nothing to say, insult, call names, insult.

you people are rediculous. Why do you think cuomo has been silent so far-because the minute you open your mouth you piss someone off and he doesn't want to lose one vote. If he did have "a sense of manhood" he would debate. Let's actually heat what his opinions on some issues are!
