  1. Drink pomegranate juice
  2. Eat blueberries
  3. Reduce stress

  1. Take selenium (but not too much)
  2. Eat sushi
  3. Get your daily dose of Vitamin D
  4. Avoid secondhand smoke
  5. Exercise
