Al-Qaeda in Arabian Peninsula member turned himself in

(Newser) – A former Guantanamo Bay detainee spilled the beans that helped authorities find the bombs hidden on FedEx and UPS flights, NPR reports. Jaber al-Fayfi was a member of al-Qaeda who had been released to the Saudi government's re-education program. He rejoined the terrorist cause, taking up with Yemen's al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, but then turned himself in two week ago, warning of the impending bomb plot.

The number one victim of terrorism by extremist Muslims are Muslims. We need to stop paying so much attention to a tiny threat from clearly incompetent people of little ability. There are 20,000 murders in America every year but we spend all day on stupid terrorism stories as if 9/11's were a yearly event. Stop being such freaking cowards and get over your damn fear. We are wasting trillions of dollars to make ignorant people feel safe from an insignificant threat.
