A Nebraska man was arrested for driving under the influence—while dressed as a breathalyzer for Halloween, the Smoking Gun reports. Much to the surprise of the cops, he was dressed as the very object they used to establish the DUI—besides the open vodka and beer bottles in his car. Sound familiar? A 20-year-old in Ohio had the same thing happen to him last year.
