"It's as if we had been reading the Oz books and then actually visited the Emerald City," the executive producer of "The Office"  quipped about visiting Scranton, Pa., the fictional setting for the hit show, for an "Office" party this weekend. Thousands of fans turned out for improv performances by some of the cast, lookalike contests, and a two-hour Q&A session with cast members.

"It sorta feels like we're the Beatles here in Scranton," said Ed Helms, who plays Andy on the show, told USA Today. Several actors joined the Scrantones, the band that performs The Office theme and appears on the show as Scrantonicity. Business around town was brisk, despite plenty of rain, as fans sought out restaurants and bars mentioned in the series. (More The Office stories.)
