(Newser) – Roberto Cavalli, who designs clothes for Jennifer Lopez, has confirmed that the star is pregnant. When asked by People about his celebrity clients, he said, "Well Jennifer Lopez, at this moment, she requests something very special because she is waiting for the baby." Cavalli has been designing loose, flowing clothes for the pop star, who is currently on tour with husband Marc Anthony.

"It is so complicated because every week she is getting bigger," Cavalli said. Rumors have been flying over J.Lo's bump, fed by some hints from Anthony. People reports that Anthony dedicated a special performance to his wife of the Journey song "Faithfully," which includes the lyrics: "They say that the road ain't no place to start a family ..."
