(Newser) – Despite the fact that Elizabeth Hurley is married to a tycoon, she’s reportedly worth more than he is—which could be a problem if the estranged couple gets divorced, considering they never signed a pre-nup. Hurley is worth more than $20 million, the Daily Mail reports. When she married Indian businessman Arun Nayar in 2007, “a pre-nup would have been a deal-breaker for Arun. Shoulda got married in Indiana. The only one who walks away with any money, is the one with the kids. And you're allowed to get up to 20,000 behind in child support before they will do anything. Must be nice to live by California rules.
