(Newser) – So despite the fact that Dawn Holland is down one job and up one sprained hand—allegedly because Lindsay Lohan has a hard time staying sober in rehab—the ex-Betty Ford Center worker is dropping her criminal complaint against Lohan, TMZ reports. Holland may not have found the media circus following her dust-up with Lohan to be to her liking, since her lawyer said she'll also decline to "assist any further in the investigation or prosecution."

"Betty Ford Staffer Drops Complaint Against LiLo" amazing, wonder how that happened. A 9 dollar an hour staffer gets assaulted by a $15,000 a week client that is breaking all the rules and also has a very poor track record on playing well with others (including the U.S. Court system) has attorneys on her staff, is this something like David and Goliath. Don't ask, tell me why I am not surprised as you know the answer as well as I.
