The wife of a Michigan man who could get jail for snooping in her email is blasting those who feel sorry for her husband. Leon Walker faces up to 5 years in prison if he's convicted of felony misuse of a computer. Leon, Clara Walker's third hubby, discovered through her emails that she was having an affair with her second husband, and ratted her out to her first husband. "He violated my privacy. I was violated," Clara said on Nightline. "It's all about him right now because he's making it all about him. He forgot what he did."

Her husband has called the hacking charges, leveled for the first time in a domestic case, "insane." He said he snooped because he was concerned about the effects of the affair on their daughter, and on his wife's son with her first husband. His attorney says email snooping between married couples is an issue for the people involved, and not for the law. For more background on the story, click here.
