(Newser) – Take a pair of fed-up oldsters, add a classic battle anthem and some improvised lyrics, and you have either the next Tea Party classic or YouTube's latest trainwreck: "The Battle Hymn of Sarah Palin." Set to, you guessed it, "The Battle Hymn of the Republic," the ditty gives warning that "Sarah Palin, she won't listen to their bunk; Sarah Palin's coming south to hunt some skunk." In short, it "will be our national anthem when Palin becomes president," writes Jim Newell over at Gawker. Watch the video in the gallery.

I admit, this video wasn't exactly Handel's "Messiah." But I have one word of recommendation for all those people who said negative things about it: If you dismiss the message behind it, you still just don't understand the political tsunami that happened in 2010, with the gavel taken out of Pelosi's hand, for starters.

Is this the poor people that Palin is making her money from? Yes, I guess she would take the last piece of bread from their mouth. What a bitch.
