Critics won't have Ricky Gervais to kick around anymore. The caustic comedian says he's had it with the Golden Globes after days of bashing for his harsh celebrity zingers at the awards presentation. "Twice is enough," Gervais told TMZ. Even if he's invited back next year to host a third time, he's "not gonna do it again," he added.

The head of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, which organizes the Golden Globes, said this week that Gervais "crossed the line," even though he conceded the awards presentation was "terrific." One crowd still adamantly in Gervais' corner? Comedians. "It's nice to be loved by your peers," said Gervais. "They stick by you."
