Boston's big three made it look easy last night, pounding Denver for a 77 point first half on their way to a 119-93 victory. None of Boston's big stars finished with less than twenty points, with Paul Pierce putting up 26 and Kevin Garnett 23, with 13 rebounds. The Celtics have cruised to a 3-0 start, winning by an average of 24 points.

Boston's franchise high points in a half is 85, which likewise came against Denver, twice. Despite a strong 22 point performance from Allen Iverson,  the Nuggets never found a way to rally, hindered by Carmelo Anthony's 3-13 shooting effort. Iverson let his frustration show after a technical call in  the second quarter, exclaiming to the ref "We're down 25, isn't that enough?" (More Boston Celtics stories.)
