(Newser) – Watch out, Stephen Colbert: You have some late-night competition ... in the form of ice cream. Colbert launched his very own Ben & Jerry's flavor, AmeriCone Dream, in 2007, and last night fellow late show host Jimmy Fallon did the same. Ben & Jerry's Late Night Snack is vanilla ice cream with a caramel swirl and fudge-covered potato chips, an unlikely combo that Slashfood gives a thumbs-up. Click for more on the flavor, including Fallon's diss on Colbert—you can also see Fallon's Ben & Jerry's tribute song, which started the ball rolling.

“Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” is teaming with iconic ice cream company Ben & Jerry’s to introduce the new flavor entitled “Late Night Snack.”

Fallon isn't the least bit funny or charismatic and has no business being on tv.
