Pembroke Pines to inject treated sewage into the water supply

(NEWSER) - Within three years, Floridians from Miami to Boca Raton could be drinking sewage—albeit nice, treated sewage. (NEWSER) - NBA Hall of Famer Dave Bing, who’s running for mayor of Detroit, is turning to the political branch of the “NBA family” for support, the Detroit News reports. Suspect killed one officer, wounded three others

(NEWSER) - Miami-Dade police are searching for a suspect who killed one officer and wounded three today, possibly with an AK-47, after his car was stopped while driving erratically. The pursuit was complicated when police misidentified a man whose wallet had been stolen as the gunman, before naming Shawn Sherwin Labeet as the correct suspect, the Herald reports. More»
