One of the four bodies that cops found on a desolate Long Island beach last week is that of an infant or child, reports the New York Post. "One doesn't match the others. It's a young person, possibly as young as an infant, or a child," says a source. "If that's the case, then that wouldn't fit the pattern." The other three haven't been identified, but four other sets of remains found several miles away have all been confirmed as prostitutes who advertised on Craigslist.

Those four victims were strangled, as were four others in Atlantic City in 2006—and cops believe the slayings may be related. "It's the same guy," a source says. Meanwhile, the Post notes, the search has been held up as the police overtime required runs smack into the reality of budget cuts. The search on another strip of beach was to resume today.
