Romney Forms Exploratory Committee

It might seem like he never stopped running for president, but Mitt Romney today became the second Republican to all but throw his hat in the 2012 ring, reports Politico. The former Massachusetts governor has formed an exploratory committee, saying that President Obama's "policies have failed." "This effort isn't about a person," Romney says in a video on his website. "It's about the cause of American freedom and greatness."
