Why do liberals support Planned Parenthood? Pat Robertson thinks he knows. Right Wing Watch points to a recent episode of The 700 Club in which Robertson explained to co-host Terry Meeuwsen that the left is just trying to put straight women and lesbians "on a level playing field." After all, the main "advantage" or "deficiency," depending on how you look at it, that lesbians have over straight women is the inability to have children, Robertson pointed out.
"And so if these married women don’t have children, if they abort their babies, then that kind of puts them on a level playing field," he explained.
