Judge to Guy Living With Parents: Move Out, Get a Job
This is not the mooch. But this man could still be living with Mom and Dad...   (?Frerieke)

If you're a 25-year-old whose parents have incredibly rudely stopped giving you your monthly allowance, don't expect too much sympathy from Spain's courts. The mooching man took mom and dad to court after they stopped forking over the $588 they had been giving him each month. Their condition: No money until you start looking for a job. The judge's ruling: Move out within 30 days.

The judge added that while the man's slow pursuit of a law degree meant he would not be ready to enter that field for several years, he thought the 25-year-old was still capable of finding some kind of employment, notes CNN. But score one for slackers: The Telegraph reports that he didn't walk away totally empty-handed. The judge ordered the parents to pay their kid $292 a month for two years "to help with his emancipation." (In related news, Maurice Sendak wonders why people are still having kids.)
