Looks like better conditions for accused WikiLeaker Bradley Manning: The Army said today that he passed an array of physical and psychological tests and will be allowed contact with other inmates at Fort Leavenworth, reports AP. Manning, still awaiting trial, will have his own cell but will get access to a communal area most of the day. He also gets standard prison clothing and will no longer have to strip down before bed. The Army transferred Manning to Leavenworth last week from Quantico, where critics say he was subjected to inhumane treatment, including solitary confinement 23 hours a day.
