Oops! She Hit it Again: Britney Drives Over 3rd Foot in a Month

Britney Spears caught another photographer flat-footed last night, the Los Angeles Times reports, driving over a paparazzo's paw as she left a Beverly Hills hotel. It's the third such incident in the past month—another photographer and a sheriff's deputy were previous victims—and the LAPD has told Spears she must provide a statement or face misdemeanor charges.

The hard-partying mother of two might not be to blame this time, though. "There were independent witnesses there who felt the photographer didn't move out of the way in time," a policeman said. "She was driving very slow." Spears' checkered driving record has become fodder in her ongoing battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline over custody of their young sons. (More Britney Spears stories.)
