After a long hiatus, Saturday Night Live's "Ambiguously Gay Duo" is back, and the first three minutes of the animated sketch feature plenty of the kinds of lines you'd expect (sample: "Commissioner, we make a great team: You finger the perps, and we give them our fist."). And then ... a live-action twist. Jon Hamm becomes Ace, with Jimmy Fallon playing partner Gary (or, as Hamm describes him, "warm, juicy flesh"), and they go up against the evil villains ... played by none other than Stephen Colbert, Steve Carell, and Ed Helms. Who comes out, ahem, on top? You'll just have to watch. Also check out the other buzzy segment from last night, featuring a very self-congratulatory Osama-slaying Barack Obama.
