(Newser) – Lady Gaga's new album has had insane sales, but apparently not in Lebanon, the Sun reports. The Middle Eastern country banned Born This Way from its stores and impounded a shipment of the album. The government, which had already banned her song "Judas" from the radio, reportedly finds the album "offensive to Christianity" and in "bad taste." Click for more, including another country that isn't a Gaga fan; or click to watch her "Judas" video.

Now that's rich!! This coming from another Middle Eastern country that puts it's women down the totem pole to about the level of, or below that of a donkey or any farm animals... They first need to bring themselves into the 21st century before I, or many of my friends can take them seriously.....:-)

Odd that the Lebanese would be concerned about something being "offensive to Christianity."
