"Beautiful Girls" singer Sean Kingston is breathing on his own and walking in a Miami hospital, says his publicist. Kingston's condition has been upgraded to serious more than a week after he crashed his watercraft into a bridge off Miami Beach on May 29. Kingston walked today for the first time since the crash. In an email, the publicist says Kingston thanks his friends, family, and fans for their prayers and well wishes. (Click to read the account of Kingston's terrified female passenger.)
