Casey Anthony cried in court today as graphic photos of daughter Caylee’s skull were shown. Jurors saw pictures of the skull with damp strands of hair and duct tape pressed against it, but the judge will not allow the photos to be released to the public until they are blurred, the Orlando Sentinel reports. Also today, Casey’s brother Lee took the stand again.

Lee testified that his sister told him her nanny—who, police discovered later, actually did not exist—and the nanny’s sister held her down by her wrists in a park and took Caylee from her because “Casey was not being a good mother to Caylee” and they wanted “to teach her a lesson,” he said. Casey also told Lee the nanny controlled her and contacted her through MySpace to make sure she didn’t go to authorities. Click for more on the trial. (More Casey Anthony stories.)
