(Newser) – A mom who likes to consider herself a "Human Barbie" had a special birthday surprise for her 7-year-old daughter: A coupon for a boob job. Daughter Poppy "begged me for a boob job, so I gave her the voucher so she can have it after she's 16, when it's legal," said Sarah Burge, 50. "If she develops naturally big boobs, she can have something else done with it," added the British mom, who claims to hold the world record for most money spent on plastic surgery (some $700,000). (NEWSER) - Between 30,000 and 40,000 women get breast augmentations each year in Venezuela—and President Hugo Chavez is not happy about it.
