LeBron: I Know I'm 'Not Superior'

Miami star clarifies his post-game comments

(AP) – LeBron James was not a happy camper after the Dallas Maverick's win over the Miami Heat in Game 6 of the NBA finals, and he let everyone know about it. In a clarification today, James said the humanity-dissing comments he made may have been misunderstood, and that when it comes to the overwhelming criticism of himself and his team, "not only myself, but everyone has to move on with their lives." James also said that he's "not superior to anyone," and that he knows his comments could have been interpreted differently.

James raised eyebrows with the way he responded to a question about people being happy to see the Heat lose, saying then that those critics "gotta wake up tomorrow and have the same life that they had before they woke up today." (Click to read why many pundits say this King has been dethroned, or this column that accuses him of "hiding" during pivotal game moments.)

Mr. James needs to hire a new publicist and public relations firm to manage his affairs.  At his level, he has these people because of the magnitude of money at stake in his persona and they are doing a horrible job of advising him. James is just an entertainer and does not know how to manage public affairs - and that matters when you're an entertainer.

he knows he can't win. america has already made up their mind about him. I'm surprised he does press conferences at all at this point.
