A man in North Carolina robbed a bank for $1, claiming to have a gun, then sat down, saying "I'll be sitting right over here, on the chair, waiting for the police."
The unemployed man, Richard Verone, has a growth on his chest and two ruptured disks, and was hoping to get three years of government subsidized healthcare to take care of it.
