Kobe's 32 Carries Lakers to Drubbing of Pacers

Posted Nov 21, 07 12:28 AM CST in Sports

(Newser) – Kobe Bryant had reached his season average 26 points before the end of the first half, finishing with 32 as the Lakers blew out the Pacers at Indiana, 134-114. LA is on a four game tear after handing the Pacers their worst loss at home since March 2001. Elsewhere in the NBA last night:

  • Andray Blatche scored a career high 26 points for the Wizards, who smashed the 76ers 116-101. A surging Washington has won their past five; the beknighted Sixers have dropped five of six.
  • Despite LeBron James' 34 points, Milwaukee took their first road win of the season, beating Cleveland 111-107. The Bucks' Michael Redd also finished with a season high 34 points.
