A supermodel getting married is an occasion, alright? An occasion slightly more important than anything the military has to do in Afghanistan—or so Kate Moss seems to think. Moss asked chiefs at a base near her home to halt or divert planes bound for Afghanistan so they wouldn't be overhead during her wedding ceremony and reception last week, the Sun reports. Not surprisingly, her request was denied. But don't feel too sorry for her: She's currently honeymooning with her new hubby, Jamie Hince of The Kills, in the Mediterranean on a $16 million luxury yacht. Click for pictures of the wedding.
