Kim Kardashian Sues Old Navy Over Lookalike

Melissa Molinaro not only looks like Kim, she might be dating Kim's ex

(Newser) – Melissa Molinaro looks eerily like Kim Kardashian. She's rumored to be dating Kardashian's ex-boyfriend. She even has a similarly alliterative name. Is it any wonder Kardashian might be a little bitter? The reality show star is suing Old Navy for using Molinaro in its new "Super C-U-T-E" ad campaign—and she wants $15 million to $20 million to get over it, the Daily Mail reports.

Kardashian's lawsuit states that Old Navy is trying to make people think she is associated with the brand; she's suing for the unauthorized use of her "name, likeness, identity, and persona." The ad featuring model-actress-singer Molinaro, styled to look just like Kardashian, has become a viral video hit, and Kardashian is particularly irked that Old Navy is tweeting "at" her about the campaign, thus linking the tweets to Kardashian's own account.

The names are sooooo similar, I can see how people can get confused.  Melissa Molinaro is way better.  Everyone is totally sick of  the no-talent, famous-for-nothing Kardashian clan, they just need to disappear and that includes Bruce.
