The facility manager ordered the 33-year-old man and 40-year-old woman to break it up some 30 minutes after the action began. One parent, apparently afraid of confronting the duo, had been "standing guard" nearby to keep kids away, reports the Smoking Gun. "All witnesses were visibly disturbed," noted a report by police, who speculated extreme heat gripping the nation may have triggered the extreme behavior. The two are being charged with public indecency, and workers have recycled the pool water and added new chemicals.
