Wonderful!!!  "We're really sorry your family and your house got buried in the mudslide ... uhhhh ... by the way ... uhhh ... as you're digging? ... y'know for the bodies and stuff? ... watch out for th(BLAST!!) ... Oh ... never mind. Bummer." These aren't "rogue" mines. They were deliberately buried to maim and kill people and they were left there ... by people who KNEW they were there. ... and the Unitted States refuses to sign the international agreement to ban mines. I wonder WHOSE mines these are.
