Brothel Owner Backs Paul

Posted Nov 26, 07 5:16 PM CST in Politics

(Newser) – Ron Paul found himself on the respectable side of a brothel last week, when the Republican presidential hopeful earned the endorsement of the owner of Reno's Moonlite BunnyRanch. MSNBC anchor Tucker Carlson surprised Paul by engineering the nod, arriving in a limousine with Dennis Hof and two “celebrity prostitutes,” the Reno Gazette-Journal reports.

"On a personal basis, he doesn't condone those things," Paul's spokesman made clear. Hof said he wanted to begin fundraising immediately: "I'll get all the Bunnies together, and we can raise him some money." His employees weren’t feeling so generous, saying they’d need to take a close look at the other candidates first.
