Forget lap dancing at the local strip joint: British bridegrooms, brides and their wedding parties are descending on Eastern European capitals for cheap, drunken bachelor and bachelorette binges that last a week or more, the Journal reports. They're lured by low-cost air fares and rock-bottom prices on booze, but it's their bad behavior that sets them apart.

Citizens of Estonia, Lithuania, Slovakia and elsewhere are horrified to find inebriated Britons, long notorious for their rowdy behavior at soccer matches, staggering around in Borat swimsuits and bright green wigs, wrestling each other in the street. One Estonian official seems slightly befuddled by the Brits' behavior. In Estonia, he says, "if we drink, we don't make so much noise." (More tourism stories.)
